Dear Room Seekers,We are looking for a lovely new tenant to take over two rooms at the beginning of June! The rooms will be available from the 4th of June until the 31st of August. The house is located in Bezuidenhout, near the center of Den Haag. We share a kitchen (with dishwasher), terrace, balcony, bathroom, two toilets and a huge living room. Two rooms will be available, please see the images attached. One room was used as a bedroom and the other as a study, but it’s up to you what to do with it.The city center is easily reachable within 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes by tram (lines 2 & 6). To get to Leiden, you will be able to take the train from the Laan van NOI stop which is less than 10 minutes walking away. Among other shops AH, Kruidvat and Hoogvliet are close by.We are looking for a nice, clean and responsible person, no preference regarding genders or nationalities. Internationals are more than welcome!The rent is around €590 euros inclusive per month. You will also have to provide a deposit of one month’s rent.
