I have a room for rent (13,4m2 and 3.53 m height) in the very heart of Den Haag located two minutes from the famous Lange Voorhout, Houses of Parliament, Binnenhof, Noordeinde shopping district, Voco hotel, the best restaurants in town, Kneuterdijk palace, Rand van staad, and close to the British and Ukraine and Spanish Embassy. The price of rent is 1,050 euros which includes registration, W/E/Internet plus there is a cleaner who comes to clean every week. In addition, our in house robot cleaner Humberto is there to serve your immediate needs . The kitchen is fitted with a dish washer and all necessary amenities. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer. I require a deposit equal to one months rent. The room will be furnished i.e a Queen sized bed and a wardrobe for your comfort.The apartment is very luxurious, stylish and modern so I expect that the prospective tenant should be clean and tidy.
