Hello! We are Beatriz (24), Max (25), and Tim (25), and we’re looking for a temporary housemate to subrent Tim’s room!The room is available for subrent for 7 months, from February to August (dates are flexible). The room is around 8m2, and the furniture will stay in the room. The rent will be approximately 550€, with everything included (water, gas, electricity, wi-fi).The house is located 10 minutes walking from train station Laan van NOI, and 15 min walking from supermarkets. You would share the living room, kitchen and bathroom with 2 housemates, Beatriz and Max. We are a close household. We often hang out in the living room, eat together, play videogames, and watch (scary) movies. Of course, we respect each others privacy and we like our alone time, but we’re looking for someone who is also outgoing and down to do activities together.We’re looking for someone preferably between 22-29 years old, student or a fresh-out-of-school worker, who speaks English, and is planning to stay for the 7 months.
